If you are planning to move over the summer, or are enrolling your student in another school, please let us know!  This helps us prepare and forward your child's records, enabling his/her smooth transition.  Thank you so much for your help.  If you have any questions, please call your child's school or the Brentwood Union School District Office at 513-6300.

Parents: 

THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR CAFETERIA REMINDERS.....

·       NO CHARGING Policy Starting May 1st thru June 7th.

·       Please add money to your child's lunch account or bring money daily to purchase meals in the cafeteria.

·       Please clear up any outstanding balances due.

·       No charging allowed- Alternative breakfast & lunch meal will be given: cheese sandwich, milk and fresh fruit/vegetable at no charge. If needed, child can go to the school office to call home to add money. 

·       Is your student moving to another district and have money left on account??  You can get a refund or transfer it to a sibling still enrolled in a BUSD school. Please Complete a “Refund/Transfer/Donate Request Form”

Located on our website or pick one up in the cafeteria. 

*Pay by Cash or Check in the cafeteria or by Credit/debit card Online through Parent Connection.

Dear Brentwood El Parents/Guardians:

 

Brentwood Elementary’s 2017 SARC (School Accountability Report Card) is available for review on the district webpage @ http://www.brentwood.k12.ca.us/SARC.

 

The purpose of the School Accountability Report Card (SARC) is to provide parents and the community with important information about each public school.

 

A hard copy of the SARC is available upon request.  Please contact Guy Rohlfs at 513-6360 or visit the front office for a hard copy of this report.

Attendance

Please call the attendance line every time your student is absent at 513-6361. Please include student's name, your name, teacher's name, dates and reason for absence.  Thank you!

When you plan to be absent for 5 or more days:

Site-Based Independent Study - When a student will be absent for 5 or more days, an application (see SBIS forms under Helpful Forms) for Site-Based Independent Study may be filled-out and submitted to the front office no less than five days prior to the planned absence. Once approved, the student's teacher will prepare assignments to be completed during the absence. The assignments are due back to the teacher on the first day back to school after the planned absence. The student will receive full academic and attendance credit for all work completed.

YEARBOOK:  

The Final Deadline to Guarantee Yearbook Sales has passed. We are keeping track of how many are left for waitlist orders and can accept cash or check at the Front Office for Wait List with order form. We do have some available, it is just a very limited supply. Online ordering is no longer available at this time. 

 

Yearbooks will be distributed Monday, June 4 to your student's classroom. 

Make sure to fill in your student's name in your yearbook for keeping track of it at school as they get their yearbooks signed. Enjoy all those special school memories of 2017-2018!
